Easy way to transfer data from very full drives in array to a new one with space and cost of having drives extremely full?

I am attaching screenshot of my array.. It is my understanding that having drives so full is bad for an array?  I thought i could use unbalance but that appears to be good to move data the other direction, to free up space on a single drive.  Is there a simple app or way to fix my space issue?  How big of a deal and what are the consequences of the array as i1050567849_Screenshot2022-08-0809_18_02.thumb.png.896d4468a605896b847d4263f34f8bd8.png have it?

    Since you're on 6.10, install Dynamix File Manager plugin.
