August 8, 20223 yr I think I have attached the correct diagnostics file. It shows that unraid has disabled the disk and is emulating it. Is it dead? What should I do or is it a straight up replace situation? zapp-brannigan-diagnostics-20220808-1514.zip
August 8, 20223 yr Community Expert Dksk 4 has disconnected so no SMART report for it in those. Check connections, both ends, SATA and power, including splitters. Then restart the array and post new diagnostics.

Then restart the array and post new diagnostics. 🤦♂️ The idiot check found an idiot! Apparently someone had been in the mechanical room and didn't realize that they bumped the server. The hot swap tray was popped out in the process. That drive is currently being rebuilt. Thank you for the help!
