Boot Problem after clean shutdown ASRock X570D4U

Hi

I'm having a boot issue with my server. I performed a clean shut down i like to do this every now and again. 

 

upon bootup i some errors etc on the IPMI screen. 

i took a screen recording to share what it said

 

i have no idea where to begin with these kinds of issues. the problem seems to be USB related but i'm not sure. 

 

i tried both USB ports on the motherboard and tried booting into safe mode. all attempts had the same outcome. 

 

motherboard: ASRock X570D4U

    Everything you need to get going again with your configuration on a new install is in the config folder of your flash backup

    3. Adjust your preference.
