Slow SMB/NFS transfers, but FTP easily saturates 2.5GbE link

Featured Replies

So I recently upgraded my net to 2.5GbE, and I could achieve 2.5Gbps speeds via iperf and using FTP transfers to my nvme cache backed share.
But under NFS/SMB I can only max out around 92MB/s.

I tried adding the following to SMB conf, not luck so far, am I missing something obvious?

server multi channel support = yes
server min protocol = SMB3_11
client min protocol = SMB3_11
