Nextcloud GUI & Site stuck on "Update in Process."

Featured Replies

To give you an idea of my experience level. I am fairly experienced with bash and have a BS in CS, but had never done anything with docker before trying out Unraid. I don't have any experience setting up networks, much less a docker network. I have been following the tutorial videos up until I ran into this problem I thought I could handle on my own.

I got Nextcloud set up through Cloudflare with a DDNS with one of the tuts. Everything seemed to be working fine for a while, but then last week I decided to go into the Nextcloud WebGUI and click on the update button in the Nextcloud WebGUI, but then it ran in the problems. At one point I could see in the webGUI a checklist of how where it was in the process of updating, but then it got about half way down and said it had a problem and I don't remember exactly what it said, but it might have been about Cloudflare.

Anyway, since then all I get when I try to open the gui is "Update in Process." in text on a blank page. Also if I go to the site (nextcloud.blahblahblah.com) I had it going through with Cloudflare I get the same "Update in Process.".

I tried uninstalling the docker and then reinstalling it, but nothing changed.

Help please? I What the next steps I should take to see what is going on?

Try finishing the upgrade in the terminal:

cd /config/www/nextcloud/
sudo -u abc php occ upgrade
