Unable to empty the cache (Yes, I know...)

I'm aware this is a tired topic, but I've been searching for two weeks to find a solution just to come up empty.

As part of moving my files (14TB) from my old windows server two my new(ish) unraid one, I put in a 5TB cache disk.

Now that's its time to move the 5TB to the normal array, I'm getting stuck. There's ~90GB of files on there that I can't seem to get moved.

I have disabled the docker, VM manager, set the shares to "yes", rebooted, everything that Mr. Google has reccomended, but the 90GB won't flush so I can remove the drive.

I've attached my diagnostics below, I'm at a loss. Any help is appreciated :)servertwo-diagnostics-20220813-0110.zip
