You have docker.img specified as /mnt/user/docker.img, which means it is not really in any user share. The "standard" path for docker.img is /mnt/user/system/docker.img

 

Do you plan to have cache? Best to wait until after cache is installed to setup docker and VM.

 

All that can wait until after you fix your very serious RAM problem.

 

Builtin memtest won't work with ECC. Go to memtest86.com

I changed the path and Docker is now running, thanks.

 

I have two 8T hdd's on the way, when I get them installed I was going to move the ssd to cache

You shouldn't even attempt to run any computer unless RAM is working perfectly. Everything goes through RAM, OS and other executable code, your data, everything. CPU can't do anything with anything until it is loaded into RAM.
