Cannot upload to Unraid share (only read)?

Featured Replies

On macOS by the way. I have tried multiple ways to get this going, I have tired:

I have made a new user in unraid: jamie password: xxxxxxx

Made sure all the user perms are correct read/write etc

I can connect to the root share fine but cannot upload files from my laptop? Or if I connect directly to the folder I want 'media' for example it wont let me write to folder still? Any ideas why?

Did you check the pems of the underlying filesystem, not just the share? Might need to change owner/perms on the shared folder.

Yep, checked and all good, I can Read/Write into ISO's dir and a few other but not anything in the media dir?

You are likely to get better informed feedback if you attach your system’s diagnostics zip file to your next post in this thread to see if we can spot anything.

You have deprecated, incompatible, or out-of-date plugins. Please correct that, reboot, and post new diagnostics.
