Unraid boot issue (hard reset before login prompt is reached)

Version of unRAID:

unRAIDServer-6.10.3

Description of the issue:

I have very strange issue on my hands. When booting Unraid the syslinux selection window comes up, as usual. However, when going through the boot process, no matter if no GUI, GUI, no GUI safe mode, or GUI safe mode, it scrolls through a bunch of text (as usuall for the boot process of anything linux related), and then hard resets (power off into a reboot). It doesn't reach the login prompt.

Things I have tried thus far:

I have tried the USB on another device and it worked perfectly fine (so USB creation is not the issue)

I have created the USB with the USB creation tool from unraid, and manually with the zip file, both showed the same symptoms.

I have tried changing all sorts of BIOS settings, including:

- Boot mode: UEFI and Legacy or UEFI -> no change in behaviour

- Fast boot: Enabled / Disabled -> no change in behaviour

- Secure boot: Enabled / Disabled -> no change in behaviour

I have also run the Memtest from the syslinux selection window, and the ram checks out.

Hardware:

CPU: AMD A10 5700 (4c/4t @ 3.4 GHz)

MOBO: MSI A88XM-E35 V2

RAM: 16 GB DDR3 RAM

USB: 4GB Flash drive

Storage:

 - 500 GB Toshiba SSD

 - random assortment of HDDs (1 x 4TB, 2 x 2TB, 1 x 1TB) all verified to be working

Also before anyone asks; the PC works. I had Proxmox running on in untill now and I am trying to switch it over to unraid, so far unsuccessfull..

Any help would be much appreciated!
