Are you copying to a cached user share?

may be i am not sure.it shoud be in the cache at the first

  • Community Expert

If that screenshot means 147 MB/s, that is very good for copying to an array with parity.

Whether or not a user share uses cache depends on the setting for the user share. Default is to NOT use cache.

Do you mean you have a user share named 'ssd'?

no,my cache is ssd,i creat a folder use cache only.the speed should be over 220MB/S,but it still shows 120-150MB/S.

the strange is the transfer speed is 270MB/S at the begining, then it came to 120-150MB/S

Try transferring to the pool with the NVMe device.

Grab diags during that copy and post here.

  • Community Expert

It's not writing to any device, maybe you grabbed the diags too soon, it can take a few seconds for writes to start while it's being cached to RAM.

  • Community Expert

Very strange, it's not device related since in one of the diags it was writing at 1.8GB/s, also doesn't look like it's LAN related due to iperf results and initial higher speed while it's caching to RAM, I'm stumped...

and i also got another problem, when i stop all array.add the nvme to the Array Devices.the all docker has been dispeared.how could i recover them
