Hi, I followed the advice from the Fix Common Problems and downloaded the diagnostic which I'm attaching to this post. 

I've also recently started seeing that my docker image is up to 80%-90% full. I thought I would expand the image, but from reading the forum there is another issue that seems to be the problem. 

I'm hoping someone here will be able to make sense of the diagnostic file and let me know what I am doing wrong. 

I would really appreciate the help.
