Well, there`s been many topics about this, but in NONE of them was clear manual.

I want to add ftp client to my server. My first problem was with choosing good one. I decided to try Pro ftpd and after some trails I gave up. I installed the package propertly, but when I try to access /etc/proftpd.conf file i get permission denied issue.
