2nd Parity Drive Losing Parity and Disabled - diagnostic results

Featured Replies

My server has been running for a long time with no changes. Then I noticed an error from the OS that my 2nd parity drive had errors and was disabled.  I downloaded the diagnostic and to test I did the procedure where you stop the array, unassign the parity drive, start, assign parity etc and have it rebuild parity.

However, soon after the same error occurred, the drive lost parity and was disabled again. I'm posting the diagnostic results here in case that indicates what I should do next.

Are you sure those diagnostics are current? They seem to be 3 weeks old.

This is the original diagnostic I ran before I rebuilt parity.

Soon after I lost parity and the drive disabled a second time there were brownouts where I live so I turned the server off. I'm only now dealing with it.

Would it be valuable to turn the server back on just to perform a more current diagnostic?

Okay, that's easily done.

Thanks for the input. I'll mark this as solved.
