I have been using the Trial run for the last month, and have decided to purchase a key. Before doing so I changed over my Unraid install from my crappy old usb that I was using to test, over to a good quality one that I just purchased.

 

So I followed the steps here https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Changing_The_Flash_Device by swapping over the data via the Flash Creator, booted up the new stick (removed the old one), and purchased a license. All was well for 10 mins, I booted up the Array, but then 10 mins later I started getting an error saying my license key did not match the usb I have plugged in.

 

Can this error be fixed on your end? Happy to provide both usb guids, or any other info, if needed. Though I presume you can see the data on my account.

Email support and request a key change.

Will that consume my 1 yearly key change?

You can do a key change yourself after 1 year from the last key change.  You can always request support to do a manual key change anytime.
