plex web gui not working and says docker unhealthy

Please Help........I have been going through numerous doc/help pages for 3 days I don't know how to get plex working again. The docker shows unhealthy and the web gui for the plex docker will not connect. I am only able to log into my server. Things were working until upgrading unraid to 6.10.3. Please help.

    Started over and used binhex-plexpass docker and everything works great.
