VM does not boot when passing a PCIe USB card

Featured Replies

I have a Windows 11 VM that has worked perfectly fine up until I installed a USB 3.0 card. When disabled, it boots normally, but when I enable it, the VM immediately gets "paused". When I resume it, it gives the error, "internal error: unable to execute QEMU command 'cont': Resetting the Virtual Machine is required" and the logs show "qemu-system-x86_64: vfio_err_notifier_handler(0000:06:00.0) Unrecoverable error detected."

I can't find any information on this or how to fix it.

Specs:

I5-10500

MSI B560M-A PRO

AMD Radeon 6600

32GB RAM

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
