My Plex Media Server appdata folder is missing and I cannot find it

I'm sure I did something wrong but I cannot find my plex appdata folder. It's not playing EAC3 5.1 files and I was looking to maybe rebuild the container but would like to save some information which is hard to do when I the appdata folder is missing. If this is the wrong area I apologize! Thank you for any guidance.
