I'm getting the following error with one of my drives. Do I have a bad drive? Drive has an error count of 37,000 on the Unraid dashboard. (I'm currently running a parity-sync on a new drive)

Looks like a disk problem, run an extended SMART test on disk5 to confirm.

Test failed, disk should be replaced.

Okay thanks, I suspected I would need to. It was a WD Green drive. Kinda of amazed how long it lasted.
