PSU or MB failure and want to migrate, basic question

So I bought unraid a year or so ago and it is more than I want.

 

In the meantime my sever stopped powering on. I think the PSU died. It could also be the MB.

 

  I decided to switch to synology ds920+.

 

If i want to get my data off the unraid hard drives do I need to get the UNRAID server back working first ( ie get the unraid server back online?) or is there a way to connect the individual HDs to a hotswabble usb and copy them over one by one.. I recognize this may not be possible.
