VM not Working when adding Another GPU

Hello Guys...

Im start to running vm machine with my dual 3060 graphic on my pc

my first vm work perfectly fine and I installed windows 10 on it

but when I adding another vm for my other graphic card and start to running and press del for bios to show up nothing is happening

can someone please help me
