Is there any way I can control the speed of my fans in my Norco 4220 with either my MB, see sig or some type of controller?  The problem is my server is in the basement and in the winter my drives are in the low to mid 20s and in the summer they are in the mid to high 30s. One right now is 41c. I would like it to either speed up based on temp or be able to adjust them myself with an external control.

To manually control the 120 mm fans in the bracket, I use something like this: http://goo.gl/hTpOK

I bought 3x 120mm arctic cooling pwm fans so that I could daisy chain them off a motherboard fan controller.

 

Was going to try and use the pwm fan control that some have used here on the forums but the current kernel didn't support my chipset so that idea got canned but theoretically possible depending on your hardware.
