My Servers Error - api an unexpected error response for owner

Featured Replies

So been up and down the forums and can't get rid of this error... from the "unraid-api report -vv" I get the following.:

SERVER_NAME: Tower

ENVIRONMENT: production

UNRAID_VERSION: 6.10.3

UNRAID_API_VERSION: 2.49.2 (running)

NODE_VERSION: v14.15.3

API_KEY: invalid

MY_SERVERS: authenticated

MY_SERVERS_USERNAME: Toweruser

CLOUD: API key is missing

RELAY: disconnected

MINI-GRAPH: disconnected

Where can I locate the missing API_KEYs???

1) Sign out of Unraid.net. If you can't do that, then delete this file off your flash drive:
  config/plugins/dynamix.my.servers/myservers.cfg
2) Open a web terminal and run `unraid-api restart`
3) Wait a bit, then reload the webgui. You should now be signed out with no error messages.
4) Sign in to Unraid.net.

thanks for your help @ljm42 that worked out, tried the "non-delete" method first that was a no go but after I deleted the myservers.cfg and started unraid-api again the error was gone

  • 2 weeks later...

Thanks @ljm42 that worked for me too!
