Failed to start virtual machine after PC upgrad, code 43

Hello forum users, there is a problem, after upgrading the motherboard from HUANANZHI X99-BD4 to gigabyte x99-ud3p, I can’t start my windows 11 virtual machine, after making changes to the xml
