August 30, 20223 yr Hello! I am in the process of trying to upgrade my storage solution. I purchased a DS 4243 with the intent of adding it to my server. The issue I am running into is that on two computers, using two different LSI cards the enclosure isn't being recognized. I purchased a second cable hoping it was an easy fix, but this didn't lead anywhere. I'm not getting a link light on the back of the disk shelf, so I haven't checked to see if the system is detecting the disk shelf (assuming if no link no detection). On the LSI card, there is one solid green light at the front of the card, and one blinking towards the rear. I am at something of an impasse, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
