New Home, New Modem, Eveything Setup, Connected to Router by LAN... can PING Server.. but not acess Login Screen?

I just moved house and setup the new network.... I've run into a snag.. I can not seem to connect the Unraid Server. It is plugged in via a Ethernet Port directly into the router and it seems to be working.. as in the device shows in my rounter software on the phone and displays the correct name. Also I can ping the rounter fine from my win10 laptop from command line (ping styaticIP). This is working... but there is no Admin window at http://staticIP/login

 

Any ideas?

The entire server is headless, I have not ever had a monitor on it. So I am not sure how to fix this.

Set the server to use DHCP to see if it gets an IP from the DHCP server.
