September 1, 20223 yr This is probably only a temporary problem to me; I'm at work and upgraded my Unraid trial to the Basic tier. Before I upgraded, I was able to access My Servers and it showed Remote Access to the web GUI (and I was able to click through to access it). As soon as I activated my license, however, My Servers only shows Local Access; I am unable to access my server remotely now. I imagine this is something I'll be able to easily fix once I get back home, but what gives?
September 2, 20223 yr Author As a follow up -- it appears that when I started my trial, the settings reverted to my server not being accessible to the internet. I simply changed that option from "No" back to "Yes" and it was fixed.
