Hello!

I have a real big problem...

My setup its:

But i have many problems with my setup, but one of them, its my Pool dosent work. and stupid i was. I dont read what Pool was 1. time i install Unraid. So i have install all my stuff in cache drives, instead of Array drives. I know its stupid, 2 years after and understand Unraid a little better.

But it dosent work today, and i dont know how to fix i. Next its, i have one VMs in there - and it will be so cool, if i can recovery the VM image og better, recover everything, and then i can move to a array drive after.

Can someone help me here ? :)

Pool is missing one device:

Sep 2 18:58:04 BigServer emhttpd: /mnt/cache Total devices 4 FS bytes used 243.63GiB
Sep 2 18:58:04 BigServer emhttpd: /mnt/cache devid 1 size 119.24GiB used 9.00GiB path /dev/sdi1
Sep 2 18:58:04 BigServer emhttpd: /mnt/cache devid 3 size 111.79GiB used 1.00GiB path /dev/sdf1
Sep 2 18:58:04 BigServer emhttpd: /mnt/cache devid 4 size 238.47GiB used 122.03GiB path /dev/sdm1
Sep 2 18:58:04 BigServer emhttpd: /mnt/cache *** Some devices missing

And it's not allowing degraded mounts, this indicates that the pool was not redundant (or there were dual data profiles in use and one of them wasn't).

Do you know what happened to the missing device?

Nope - 1 harddrive - Disk2 got a fail and jump out of the array. Then the Pool says this after reboot.

Disk2 its online right now, and i copy all data to a new drive and put Disk2 in the trash efter this.

But what happend to Pool SSd, i dont know - but i have a VM image i want to recover from the cache/pool.

Right now, i try BTRFS reapair - and i says really many times: super bytes used 261601894400 mismatches actual used 261601878016

Its correct, Pool/cache its Raid1 when there its more than one drive ?

Array drives are unrelated to the pool.

Lets start from the beginning, you have 5 devices assigned to cache, only 3 of them have a valid filesystem, and apparently only 4 devices are expected, any idea how that happened? Did you change anything in the pool recently?

If you don't know post the output of these commands:

btrfs-select-super -s 1 /dev/sdg1

btrfs-select-super -s 1 /dev/sdg1

When i run btrfs-select-super -s 1 /dev/sdg1

root@BigServer:~# btrfs-select-super -s 1 /dev/sdg1
No valid Btrfs found on /dev/sdg1
Open ctree failed

The server its a buddys, but he says he not change anything.

I think its a fubar SSD drive - thats why i will copy the VM out, and pull out the fubar SSD and then format the pool.

Sorry, I used the same identifier for both, also run:

btrfs-select-super -s 1 /dev/sdh1

If the above command also fails you can try some recovery options here.

i change it to sdk1 - the first drive in pool

I got this:

root@BigServer:~# btrfs-select-super -s 1 /dev/sdk1
using SB copy 1, bytenr 67108864
root@BigServer:~#

What thats mean ?

It means there was a btrfs filesystem on that device that was wiped (on purpose or not), please reboot and post new diags before array start.
