Popup window (screen shot below) Problem

I either get nothing in the popup window or 502 bad gateway. Screen shot below. Any time I run something where the popup window like in the screen shot comes up there is either nothing that shows up in it or I get a 502 bad gateway error in it. Need some assistance with this.

Diagnostics are attached. Yes I know I have a failed hard drive. I am in the process of moving everything off that drive with unbalance. Unbalance stated that there were some issues with when it was planning. Recommended I run new docker permissions but that window that opens up is blank so have no clue if its running or not.
