September 9, 20223 yr I'm having playback issues with every .mkv file in my library. Nothing will playback in VLC or Emby. I'm beginning to think that somehow my entire library was corrupted in the transfer. The files are present and appear to be correct sizes, however, during playback some will play with black screen and only audio. Others will not play at all. I'm new to unraid and looking for assistance. I've searched the web looking for details, however, nothing has worked. I've tried Docker Safe New Perms and New Permissions under tools tab. That didn't work. I tried copying a movie over to Windows machine. The file will not playback there either. I'm at a loss. Looking for assistance. Thank you. I'm currently on 6.10.3

September 13, 20223 yr Community Expert I would suggest creating a checksum for a large file in your PC, like a movie for example, tranfer to Unraid and verify checksum is still the same.
