September 12, 20223 yr Example pictures below. the first two are in Plex while the third is Ubooquity but this happens with any docker container. not all media is like this, in Ubooquity it is only staticy when in preview mode and for Plex it varies between which device I'm watching it on and the media mostly in low resolution media. I have tried transcoding with a video card with the same results and also deleted and redownloaded plex's codec files but i don't think its a plex issue. Any help or advice is appreciated!
June 3, 20242 yr Author Solution I accidentally found the issue. this whole time I had a bad CPU which only completely gave out recently. replacing the CPU solved all these issues, lucky me i guess.
