Hard restart via SSH

I have currently installed 6.10  sometimes the GUI is unresponsive frozen like, I can still access the SSH, but normal "Reboot" and "shutdown now -r" doesn't work

 

Is there another way to do a hard reset remotely via SSH?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
