Out Of Memory Error

This morning I saw that I had an out of memory error. 

 

As far as I know the only thing that I've ever designated to run on ram was plex was storing transcoded files, but I stopped when I saw it was nearing when transcoding a big 4k file. 

 

Would someone be able to pick through and give me a pointer or 2?
