The tutorial says to use the following when you want an email status when starting the preclear script:

 

./preclear_disk.sh -m [email protected] /dev/sdX (optional email address)

 

but then it says be sure to use the -A if using any AF drives.

 

Does this mean I replace -m with -A or do i put both in -m -A

    They're independent options so both.

     

    -m <address> -A /dev/sdX

     

    or

     

    -A -m <address> /dev/sdX
