Need Help with "Out of Memory Errors"

I received an "Out of Memory errors detected on your server" from Fix Common Problems a few minutes ago.    I'm running UnRaid 6.10.3.  Looks like I first received the error a few days ago (9-18-22 at 14:45:36) in the syslog.  Since I have no idea what caused it, I have not done anything to try and fix it.

 

My apologies if I did not include information that is needed.  This is my first time posting.

 

I appreciate any help that can be offered and have attached diagnostics.
