Too many wrong and/or missing disks - somewhat different

Hi There,

I was copying data from my old nas and as this was very slow,  I did turn off parity.

Then it was much better.

When I was finally thru, I wanted to close the computer case and ... broke a sata connector of one of my hard drives...
So I put in a different disk and thought this is no real problem, as I expected to lose the data from that single harddisk .

But now unraid keeps telling me "Too many wrong and/or missing disks" and wouldnt start the array.
I dont want to copy the other 7 disks again ( I stll have all the data)  - is there a way to tell unraid to include this new disk instead of the broken one ?

Thanks in advance
