我有一张x520的单口万兆卡。成功sriov 分了4个vf 虚拟机下成功添加设备 但是他是断开状态 ，只有物理口pf连通状态下，vf才能连通。网上说可以单独修改vf状态

ip link set dev eth3 vf 3 state enable 但是他并没有变化

是什么问题呢
