Plex refuse to connect

Running Unraid 6.10.3 with Plex just fine for over year, move to new location with new internet service now can't connect.  When open web browser to go to local Plex I get refuse to connect.  Sonarr, Radarr open in browser no problem.  Have tried multiple things to no avail.  Any help is appreciated.
