Don't route between interfaces / asymmetrical route

Hello Everyone,

Right now i have routes from/to my Server to reach everything in the 192.168.3.0/24 Subnet.

Since broadcasts are not able, but would be convenient for selected services (e.g. Home Asisstant), i thought i could connect a new NIC directly to the 192.168.0.3/24 Network. Sadly this doesn`t work, because request from the network reaching the "old" port x.x.20.100 are going out on the new NIC. This obvious makes sense because it is connected directly to the network, but leads to asymmetrical routes.

Is it possible to send traffic back from the same interface it came in? Don´t route between the interfaces?

Or maybe any other way to achive this ?
