June 20, 201115 yr I have an UnRaid system with 20 drives, 1 parity, & 1 cache. The array is running verison 4.7 and currently has 7 shares. All the shares are setup SMB and the system is using simple security. I can ready/write from all the shares but one. I've been trying to copy some data to it and it gives me and access denied. I even tried just a small text document. All the other shares will let me read/write/change. It seems that I only have read access to this share, but its set to SMB export read/write. Is there something i'm missing? Also, i'm always prompted for a username/password when accessing the system from any workstation. This only started recently, I use to be able to type the UNC path and it would always just take me to it. I've been using the root user to access the shares. I would rather it be wide open with no security since its in my internal LAN and all I store is media on it. Thanks in advance for the help.

June 20, 201115 yr Author Ok, so I ran the reiserfsck --check /dev/md6 on my system cause from looking at the log disk 6 had issues. It said it found some corruption so I ran reiserfsck --fix-fixable /dev/md6 and it finished. After that I had it mount disk6 and verified the share was available. I then successfully wrote some files and then deleted them. It seems to have corrected the issue. I'm now copying about 600gb of files to the share and will report back if I have any issues. Thanks for the help.
