[6.11.0] ZFS Master plugin says "pending" when trying to install

I've set up ZFS and all is running nicely. I'm trying to install ZFS Master but after clicking the install button it changed to "pending" and is now stuck on that. I can install other apps without any issues. Any ideas what is going on?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
