Parity-Sync dropped from 100MB/s to 1MB/s after going through 7.96TB with 2.04TB left to go please help

As title suggests parity sync has dropped down to really slow this is after removing my 8TB parity disk and installing a new 10TB replacement old disk wasnt bad just wanted to upgrade it  attaching a diagnostics

It it still going slow or did it speed up after the 8TB mark? Possibly you have a disk with slow sectors, diskspeed docker might show something.

Seems to have accelerated and finished overnight

Most likely one of the 8Tb disks developing some slow zones.
