Backup files from Synology at my office to Unraid at Home

Not sure whether this has been asked before, tried search found none.

 

Situation: 

I have a synology 718+ at office, I wanted to backup/copy/ some important folders to my new unraid at Home. (maybe do this daily)

 

Because this is site A to site B type, I am not sure how to do this.

 

All i could think is, setting up windows VM on Unraid at home and use Synology Drive to pull the files to shared folder in Unraid.

 

Or is there easier or better way to do this?
