MyServers always Offline?

Featured Replies

Since the update to UnRaid 6.11.0, MyServers always shows "Offline". Is this a bug?

Today I updated the server to UnRaid 6.11.1. When I call up the MyServer dashboard, it says online for a moment, then offline again. Can someone explain to me why this is happening?

Please open a web terminal and run:

unraid-api report -v

then copy/paste the results back here

That shows that the system is connected fine. If the dashboard says it is offline, that implies your browser is blocking websocket communication. While looking at the dashboard, open the Javascript Web Tools (CTRL-Shift-I in most browsers) and check the console tab, any errors? Copy / paste them here. You might also try private/incognito mode, or a different browser entirely.

Same problem here, I think it might be related to PiHole blocking some of the resources?

Log file attached, thanks for any help.

Thanks for the log, nothing there looks related to us.

You can test whether PiHole is the issue by fully disabling it and seeing if things change.

But before doing that, see this thread:

Yup, thanks for that, funny I didn't think of it myself (getting old) - did exactly that and surprise surprise, the MyServers page now works (even with uBlock Origins on Chrome).

Wonder which domain is causing it to break so I can add it to PiHole whitelist.

Thanks
