I have 2x 16 GB RAMs. Dashboard shows: Memory 16GB. Usable size: 31GB. What am I missing? Is it recognizing both RAM modules or not?

    Most likely it is working properly and recognizing the 32G.  You can confirm via  

    free -h

     

    This would be a display aberration which @bonienl would need to look at, but you would want to upgrade to 6.11.1 (if you're not already there) to see if there's any issues on that revision.

    Thanks. Ran the command "free". It looks like the full 32G are recognized and working - picture below.
