Proper Permissions for Shares

I've noticed that one of my Shares has a different owner and group than the other shares on my server.  I'm not sure why and I'm wondering if that is related to a permission issue I'm having with files in that share.  Here are my shares and permissions:

What could cause the Nextcloud share have a "root" user while the rest are "nobody"?  Is there any risk to running this command?

chown nobody Nextcloud/

(if needed, please correct my syntax as I have never used the chown command before)
