Unable to boot after updating to 6.11/6.11.1

After updating UNRAID through the web interface, both with 6.11.0 and 6.11.1, the system fails to boot with the above message. No hardware has been changed and the system was running and booting fine on 6.10.3 previously. I was able successfully flash a 6.10.3 backup after this occurred with 6.11.0.

Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting would be appreciated. I didn't notice any relevant logs but I have a full copy of the flash drive archived.

edit1: Testing with a clean 6.11.1 USB (all default settings) results in the same error, so it seems to be an issue with 6.11.1 and my hardware rather than my existing configuration.

Try a different USB port (ideally in a different controller), also make sure it's a USB 2.0 port if available.

Good thought- I've tried 3, 1x3.0 and 2x2.0 ports- same error, only different usb/port number listed. And I am certain all 3 ports are fully functional, with previous versions of UNRAID and other OSs.

That to me it suggests some kernel compatibly issue with your board, I would wait for a newer release with a newer kernel and try again.

That would make sense. The board is getting pretty ancient.
