Drive corruption after each OS upgrade

Featured Replies

I upgraded from 6.10.3 to 6.11.1 yesterday (took a backup first). Things were working fine until a few minutes ago I log in to look at a docker and am told "Your flash drive is corrupted or offline. Post your diagnostics in the forum for help.".  It also states I am missing my key file.

This happens almost each time I upgrade the OS, and in the past I restore the old backup and things go back to working.

As instructed by the error message, I'm attaching my anonymized diagnostics for help. I appreciate anything anyone is willing to do.

I should mention that the docker containers and VMs are still accessible despite receiving the above error after logging into the management console.

Thanks.

Flash drive is dropping offline, make sure you are using a USB 2.0 port.
