Docker Service failed to start.

I don't know if this can be saved. I had a SSD cache drive fail already and I have had to rebuild my Plex db 4 times now in the last 2 weeks. I am not doing it again. If I have to delete the docker image and start over on the plex db, I am switching OS for good.

Delete and recreate the docker image, that does not require you to start over.
