October 19, 20223 yr Community Expert Solution Try a different browser, make sure there are no ad blockers or other firewall/scrip blocking the GUI, if that doesn't help boot in safe mode.

I cleaned navigation data from Chrome and everything is back and fully working! Thanks a lot @JorgeB for your help!
