Driver won’t install on Windows 10 by XFX RX 6750XT Core

When I start a vm in Windows 10 the video driver won’t start or even install, in rare cases the card output “multiple color garbage on screen”, if no driver install and windows start the vm function normally but without driver.

Please reply with any possible help, thanks
